One of the three victims of San Francisco Zoo tiger attack was intoxicated and admitted yelling and waving at the animal while standing on the railing of the cat's enclosure, police said in court papers. Paul Dhaliwal told the dad of a friend who was killed that they never threw anything, according to a search warrant affidavit obtained by the San Francisco Chronicle.
